Membership fees for the PRO Business Support Community, LLC (PRO) are non-refundable for any reason. Members agree to abide by the PRO Business Support Community guidelines and policies as outlined on our website and within our online community platform.  Members further agree to abide by policies established by any individual PRO Team of which I choose to become a member (if applicable). Failure to do so may result in removal from a PRO Team, or termination of membership.

Should membership be terminated for any reason, no charges will be made to the member’s selected payment method of choice following the date of membership termination.

PRO reserves the right to update these terms and/or change membership fees. Any adjustment to scheduled payments may be made to reflect changes in membership fees.  Notice shall be given prior to any change in these terms or to membership fees.

Members agree that individual PRO Teams may elect to share in costs associated with Team operations, such as fees for online meeting service or associated with in person meetings (such as meeting rooms, coffee, etc.), and PRO shall not be responsible for any payment or partial payment for operations of individual PRO Teams. From time-to-time PRO may, at its own discretion, choose to help offset such costs.  Any such payment shall not be construed to require continued payment for such operational expenses.

Answers given on the membership application are true and complete to the best of the applicant’s knowledge.  Submission of a completed application and membership fee does not guarantee membership. Once a membership has been accepted, all fees paid are non-refundable for any reason.  

I agree to hold harmless any member or guest of The PRO Business Support Community (PRO), the owner(s), employees, and representatives of PRO for any referral, introduction, or advice which could result in legal action, so long as that introduction, referral or advice given was made in good faith.

If this application leads to membership, applicants providing false or misleading information on any application or interview may result in immediate termination of membership.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The place of arbitration shall be County of Hanover, VA. Virginia law shall apply. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
